Because our products are digital files, we normally do not offer refunds after the product has been downloaded.

However, we do provide refunds in certain situations.

We DO offer refunds if:

  • You received a broken or corrupted file, and we are unable to fix or replace it.

  • You were charged twice for the same product.

We DO NOT offer refunds if:

  • You have already downloaded the product.

  • You changed your mind after buying.

  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.

  • Your device, app, or operating system cannot use the file.

  • You request a refund after using the product.

  • A screenshot or explanation of the issue
